A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join their
distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
Support key cross-functional initiatives with the Total Rewards
Leadership Team
Conduct market research and benchmarking for total rewards
programs
Provide project management support for total rewards initiatives
and employee benefits programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field,
or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in a Compensation / Benefits Analyst role
with a global company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Project Management experience is a plus
