Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Systems Engineer, Networking to
design and support a high-performance network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Design and operate high throughput, low latency network
infrastructure
Troubleshoot network layer issues in a routed containerized
Kubernetes environment
Automate network configuration changes using scripting languages
such as Bash and Python
Required Qualifications
BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a technical
field
5+ years of hands-on experience with network devices
Strong scripting skills, ideally in Python
Expertise in routing and switching, including Ethernet transport
technologies
In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as BGP and OSPF
