SummaryThe Executive Talent Acquisition Partner builds Empower's
leadership team, securing top executive talent to drive innovation
and growth. This role goes beyond recruitment by fostering
relationships, anticipating leadership needs, and ensuring the
right leaders advance our mission of expanding access to quality,
affordable medication. With a strategic, mission-driven focus, this

patients we serve.Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and executes forward-thinking, data-driven executive
talent acquisition strategies that proactively identify, attract,
and retain top-tier leadership talent, ensuring alignment with the
organization's long-term vision, culture, and strategic growth
objectives.
- Leads and optimizes the full-cycle executive recruitment
process, from targeted sourcing and rigorous assessment to seamless
onboarding, ensuring the selection of transformative leaders who
elevate organizational performance and drive sustained
success.
- Partners closely with senior leadership to anticipate evolving
talent needs, delivering strategic workforce planning insights and
succession management frameworks that strengthen leadership
continuity and future-proof the organization.
- Cultivates and maintains strategic relationships with external
executive search firms, industry thought leaders, and key
professional networks to expand access to high-caliber talent while
enhancing the organization's reputation as a premier employer in
the pharmaceutical sector.
- Champions continuous advancement in executive hiring practices
by harnessing predictive analytics, market intelligence, and
emerging recruitment technologies to drive efficiency, enhance
candidate experience, and elevate hiring outcomes.While performing
the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk

- Minimum of 10 years of executive talent acquisition experience,
with a proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting,
and securing high-impact leadership talent within the
pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business
administration, or a related field, with a preference for a
Master's degree in organizational development or a related
discipline.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in
Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Executive Recruiter (CXR), AIRS
Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR), and Credentialed
Executive Coach (CEC) preferred; Society for Human Resource
Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified
Professional (SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.Employee Benefits,
