• Guide and support a regional team of talent acquisition professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ongoing enhancement.
• Develop and implement regional talent acquisition strategies tailored to attract, recruit, and retain high-quality candidates for key roles, including Service Technicians and Factory Workers.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize talent attraction efforts, enhance recruitment processes, and provide clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with stakeholders and senior executives throughout the Americas to align with organizational needs and support effective recruitment efforts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, sharing best practices, and implementing innovative approaches to talent acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency and integration of global standards and practices.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards throughout all recruitment and onboarding processes.Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition leadership within large-scale or regional roles.
  • Effective management of all stages of recruitment, particularly for roles with large applicant pools like Service Technicians and Factory Workers.
  • Skilled at analyzing datasets, generating insights, and facilitating decisions rooted in data.
  • Proficient communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Capable of effectively navigating a variety of professional environments while focusing on results delivery.
  • Ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company goals.
  • Ability to persuade and align various stakeholders on recruitment goals and processes.
