We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee industrial and commercial site projects in Southeast Texas. Some out-of-state travel required. Project Superintendent This role requires a detail-oriented leader with industrial/commercial design-build experience. Responsibilities include: Overseeing project budgets, cost reporting, and construction schedules. Ensuring adherence to architectural and space planning requirements. Managing on-site operations, subcontractors, and safety compliance. Maintaining clear communication with clients, project teams, and vendors. Ability to make adjustments on the fly and manage conflicts in a quick and safe manner. Experience: 2-3 years in a superintendent role with a focus on industrial/commercial projects. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $80K - $120K (based on experience). Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with only a 5% employee contribution. Paid Time Off: 80 hours of accrued vacation in the first year.
