Production Accounts in the Houston, TX area. If you are interested

SUMMARY
The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) for Production Accounts
focuses on developing and securing relationships with key clients
within the production sector. The SAE ensures alignment between
client needs and the organization's production-related offerings.
Serving as the primary point of contact, the SAE facilitates
effective communication and collaboration between clients and
internal teams. This role requires expert knowledge of production
products, services, and applications, as well as a deep
understanding of the client's operational landscape, challenges,
and strategic goals. The SAE is responsible for driving revenue
growth, managing risks, and ensuring client satisfaction through
robust relationship management and strategic account planning..
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management and Strategic Planning:
Building Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain strong
connections with key production clients through regular
communication, meetings, and personalized interactions. Act as the
liaison between the client and the organization, ensuring
production needs are effectively addressed. Coordinate with
client-facing team members to ensure seamless execution and
transparency in production services.
Understanding Customer Needs: Develop a comprehensive understanding
of the client's production objectives, operational challenges, and
pain points. Tailor solutions and offerings to align with the
client's production goals and strategic priorities.
Strategic Account Planning: Create and update strategic account
plans tailored to production needs, outlining objectives, goals,
and action steps to maximize value and success. Adapt plans based
on evolving client requirements and market conditions in the
production sector.
Revenue Generation and Risk Management:
Driving Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and
cross-selling within the production sector. Propose value-added
solutions by leveraging industry trends and insights into the
client's production landscape.
Sales and Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and
agreements related to production services, ensuring mutually
beneficial outcomes that align with both customer expectations and
business objectives. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and cultivate
key production customer relationships.
Risk Management: Proactively manage risks associated with
production accounts, such as market fluctuations and operational
challenges. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues
and ensure business continuity.
Collaboration, Communication, and Support:
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal
teams, including Operations and Product Technology, to deliver
value to production accounts. Facilitate cross-functional teamwork
to ensure effective client servicing and strategic alignment.
Customer Support and Availability: Provide prompt support for
production-related needs, addressing both internal and external
requirements swiftly. Be available to travel as necessary to
support production business and client needs.
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact for production
clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between
the organization and internal teams.
Reporting and Insights:
Reporting: Deliver regular reports, updates, and forecasts on
production accounts to management. Provide insights into account
progress, opportunities, and challenges, staying informed about
industry trends and competitive dynamics.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of applicable industry experience, particularly in
production.
In-depth understanding of production products, applications, and
industry trends.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric
approach.
Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and
coordinating information transfer.
Proficient in applications used for data analysis, reporting, and
effective communication.
