Job Summary Participate in the development, evaluation and implementation of meter reading system maintenance enhancements, and/or new projects including reports, documentation or workflow processes. Essential Functions:

• Participate in the development of meter reading system projects and enhancements that focus on creative solutions for customer and/or business needs.
• Participate in the development of training programs in order to thoroughly educate end users about changes and benefits of the project and enhancements being implemented.
• Analyze and monitor key stakeholders' information that affects the accuracy of bills, data, and company revenues to develop reports in order to identify trends and make improvement recommendations.
• Analyze and research issues that arise periodically within company systems.
• Define the cause and effect of system issues to recommend and implement creative solutions that actively benefit key stakeholders. Education description:
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent competencies Experience:
    • Requires three to five years experience in working with either billing or meter reading related systems in the utility industry.
