Job Description:

A company is looking for a Retirement Strategy Consultant - RPAT.
Key Responsibilities

Educate and advise plan participants on available Advisory Services to help achieve retirement goals
Utilize the Empower Best Interest Profile tool to deliver fiduciary recommendations and assist with account management
Proactively identify customer retirement planning needs and document client interactions for follow-up and relationship development

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the financial industry
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 and 65) registrations required
CFP preferred or CRPC required within 6 months of hire
Experience in a metrics/activity driven team environment
