Job Title:Corporate Trust Administrator ILocation:Houston,
TXWhat you'll do:As a Corporate Trust Administration Analyst,
you'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining corporate
trust assets that are the collateral in a Collateral Loan
Obligation (CLO) or Leverage Finance Facility. You'll maintain our
asset database, working with counterparties on discrepancies,
processing transactions, and ensuring our database is accurate.
- Responsible for various reconciliations including trades, asset
characteristics, and internal accounts.
- Participate with technology support teams with systematic
process flows and initiatives to improve flows and
efficiencies.
- Read and interpret agent bank loan notices to process activity
and ensure loan characteristics are accurate.
- Read and interpret Credit Agreements to update loan
characteristics. Research global data discrepancies and provide
documentation.
- Support the Client Service team in the delivery of accurate
asset data for our CLOs and Leverage Finance Facilities in the
Corporate Trust Business.
- Manage transfer and Paying Agent responsibilities.What you'll
need:
- 4+ years of related experience or similar field.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related
field preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including
deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or
other commercial banking products and services.
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal
compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards
and practices.
- Intermediate experience working with Excel.
- Intermediate Solvas or TranStar experience preferred.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.Benefits
