Assist Practice Directors in managing Professional Services and
ensure high-quality deliverables
Mentor project team members and establish processes for project
governance
Manage client relationships and handle account escalations
effectively
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in managing SaaS
implementation/deployment
Proven ability to develop and maintain profitable customer
relationships
Experience in risk assessment and project delivery management
Demonstrated ability to communicate strategy and deliverable status
effectively
Exposure to budget management and corrective action for project
objectives
