Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Development.
Key Responsibilities

Direct strategies and operations for leadership development programs and career mobility initiatives
Lead teams to create and implement advanced leadership programming and inclusive discussions
Develop and execute a comprehensive career mobility strategy and identify internal talent pools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
10+ years of leadership development or talent management experience
10+ years of people leadership experience across multiple regions
Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design
Professional Human Resources Certification and/or Executive Coaching Certification preferred
