Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managed Care Services
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with practices, physicians, and patients to obtain and
document Managed Care insurance referrals
Verify and update patient registration information and resolve
registration issues
Communicate with patients and insurance companies to facilitate the
referral and authorization process
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's
Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Registration, Scheduling, and
Insurance Authorization within a healthcare setting
5 years of customer service experience required
Experience with EPIC and medical office workflows required
Proficient with office software packages, including Microsoft
Office applications
