Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Processor.
Key Responsibilities
Process residential mortgage loans and ensure compliance with
guidelines
Act as a liaison between loan officer, borrower, underwriter, and
funding
Monitor loan processing cycle time and resolve issues impacting
timely closure
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred college
courses in Business, Finance/Accounting, or related fields
One or more years of experience in loan processing or assisting in
loan processing
General knowledge of mortgage lending processes and federal/state
regulations
Thorough understanding of conventional loans and necessary
documentation
Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
