Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Support Advisor to join their
Customer Relations Team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries related to
ISO standards and certifications
Resolve client inquiries or issues at the first point of contact
and manage shared email boxes and web chat inquiries
Provide quotes to new clients and updated pricing to existing
clients while collaborating with internal departments
Required Qualifications and Education
Previous telephony experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with SAP or Salesforce is desirable
Additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese would
be an advantage
