A company is looking for an Associate Access Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Answers inbound and outbound calls efficiently, scheduling
appointments and addressing customer needs
Captures customer information and documents requests for clinic
staff and providers
Provides information on appointment locations, processes, and
parking to customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of relevant work experience
Basic knowledge of patient scheduling and call center etiquette
Understanding of customer service principles and patient
satisfaction processes
Ability to navigate electronic scheduling systems
