Job Description:

Responsibilities Scheduling, managing and helping install multiple landscape construction projects. Prioritizing daily work assignments and schedules, delegate job tasks and manage crews. Conducting pre-construction walk thru with designer and client. Visiting job sites routinely for job status and updates. Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed Collaborate with 'General Manager,' 'Foreman', and field personnel regularly to foster a positive work environment. Direct Supervision of the 'Foremen' on daily and weekly tasks. Ensure his/her efficiency. Commit to teamwork and team building and use your time in the field as a teachable moment. Work with the 'General Manager' to track all job expenses, ensuring proper entry of time, materials, and subcontractors for each. Participate in weekly production meetings and engage to benefit from discussions. Attend and assist with all internal scheduling and pre-site meetings. Attend pre-site meetings with general contractors, owners, and architects onsite before the start of the job. Coach 'Foreman' and crew to mold productive efficiency while maintaining quality. Communicate project progress with clients and project managers Manage subcontractors and construction site organization Demonstrate role model behavior of Core Values while promoting company culture. Adhere to and enforce all company policies. Recommend staff changes, promotions, wage adjustments and staffing limits (hiring/firing) to the 'General Manager.' Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in landscaping/construction area Strong project management and communications skills Ability to read landscaping documents Familiarity with regulatory landscaping standards Other Requirements Clean DMV record. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish). Past employment recommendations Must be able to pass a background check. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $21 - $30 Hourly Bonus/Commission: Yes
