Location: Houston, TX. 609 Main Street (Minimum 1 day a week Onsite)

Duration : 6 months to start, will extend



Job Overview:



Business Analyst to support the integration of new union contract work rules and pay provisions into enterprise scheduling and pay systems. The BA will collaborate across business and technology teams to gather, document, and translate complex operational needs into actionable system requirements.

Role:

Analyze and document contract work rules, pay impacts, and scheduling requirements.
Collaborate with pay, scheduling, and technology teams to align on business/system needs.
Translate business processes into clear functional and technical requirements for system enhancements.
Support testing teams by validating requirements and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to clarify rules, workflows, and system impacts.
Serve as a subject matter expert on business rules such as scheduling and pay-related processes.
Develop and maintain process flows, documentation, and training resources to support system changes.
Provide ongoing support for business and technical teams during contract rollout.



Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering and documentation for complex application projects.
Recent airline experience. Airline crew scheduling knowledge highly preferred.
Proven ability to translate complex operational requirements into system deliverables.
Strong stakeholder collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills.
Recent and robust experience in Gap Analysis
Analytical mindset to interpret and break down pay and scheduling scenarios into actionable insights.
