Job Description:
A company is looking for a Premium Analyst to manage an assigned
book of business related to premium processing and billing
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve premium payment exceptions and communicate with
relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with policyholders, account managers, and brokers to
address billing issues and enhance service processes
Conduct audits and research aging suspense items to ensure accurate
premium calculations and timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
Minimum of two years of experience in high-volume premium
processing or billing operations
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage customer
relationships
Mathematical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft products,
including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to work in a team-focused environment and handle multiple
tasks effectively
