Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Officer II to conduct
compliance testing for the Wealth and Asset Management
business.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct compliance testing and document findings to evaluate
adherence to laws and regulations
Develop and report findings to Senior Management, while
collaborating with business partners on issue resolution
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering an
inclusive work environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or 5+
years of equivalent work experience
Experience with fiduciary, trust, and retirement regulations
Knowledge of risks associated with Wealth and Asset Management
products and processes
Strong analytical skills for assessing and presenting data
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal
supervision
